Out of Control is a series about the intriguing world of police investigations in Rio de Janeiro. In each episode, a crime is investigated and solved, showing how the city's workings connect all types of residents and visitors. The protagonist is an anti-hero police officer who challenges the rules imposed by the system and creates his own laws.
