In the collective imagination, science still has a male and white face. This image no longer corresponds to reality. "Science, a Feminine Noun" is a five-episode documentary series that presents the trajectory of ten Brazilian female scientists from different eras, backgrounds, and fields of knowledge. Presented and narrated by science communicator Kananda Eller (@deusacientista on social media), each episode tells the story of a scientist from the past and the daily life of a scientist currently working in the field. Interweaving the two biographies, we show what has changed in Brazilian science with regard to gender relations, racism, and the democratization of access.
