Partour is a television film about a still largely unexplored urban sport: parkour. Developed in France in the late 1980s, parkour is a training method that uses the body's abilities to move quickly from one place to another, overcoming a wide variety of obstacles. The sport does not focus on competitiveness, but on the individual overcoming of each traceur (the name used for parkour practitioners) in the face of the challenges of each space. The aim of this television film is to tell the story and techniques of the sport and show its practice through a renowned traceur. Filming takes place in São Paulo, an urban center that brings together buildings from various eras, symbolizing the old and the new, the past and the present. The athlete-character will interact with the local architecture, showing his interpretation of the city through parkour. The result will be a documentary with the power to unite themes such as architecture, history, art and sport in a single purpose.
