This series of documentaries unveil the great urban centers of Brazil from the point of view of poets and composers who love their cities. They reveal the three biggest Brazilian metropolises – São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Recife and Belo Horizonte.

The plot is told by means of images of the cities, poems, songs and special statements by some of the most respected folk poets and composers in the country.
